For each asset, Graymark prepares a detailed business plan and executes it with a relentless focus. We develop a specifically tailored strategy at each property. This strategy may include a full renovation and reposition or a simpler mark to market approach; but no matter the strategy, maximizing the value of the asset is our objective. We manage our renovation projects with the help of a dedicated, outsourced construction management team. Tenant relations are a life blood of our company – through our industry-leading asset and property management team, we maintain an open ongoing dialogue with all our tenants.
Since 2012, Graymark Capital has purchased 34 R&D, life science, advanced manufacturing, creative office and industrial properties comprising over 4.1 million square feet and over $1.7 billion of value.
